We had a great stay at the Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre Edmonton South! For the price we paid, the quality was excellent — clean, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed that gave us a solid night’s rest. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker, which was convenient (no microwave, but that wasn’t an issue for us — just something to plan for if you need one). Overall a reliable, comfortable choice in Edmonton. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were in room 211 and the mattress needs changed. It was dented on the side, and bumped up in the middle. For a hotel of this high end, that should have been done years ago. Thank you.

Bar. Food wasn’t fresh. Fake bacons bits are a hard no for me. Only one staff at dinner. Don’t go to the restaurant hungry. It will take a long while before you actually eat.

Staff was so rude.

Internet service was poor, with very low speed. There was no ability to access the apps to watch streaming network on the TV. The bed was very hard and I would wake up sore and stiff in the morning. The electrical receptacle didn't work for plugging in phone charger on the night stand and there are limited access to electrical receptacle in the room.

Easy check-in and clean room. Wasn’t a fan of the trains going by so late at night but otherwise it was great

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very quiet even though it is located on a major road. Nice buffet style breakfast. The staff is helpful and courteous.

the lobby is nice - the hallways okay - the rooms clean but very plain and obviously discount - maintenance on the rooms is poor. The bathroom door had obvious water damage and the ceiling above the shower bathtub area was in poor shape and in need of repair. overall an okay stay for 100$ CAD - but very clearly a discount property in need of some standards
