Our suite was perfect! We stayed for 2 weeks, and felt like we were right at home! The whole staff was incredible! They were very accommodating, and extremely courteous. Perfect place to stay while enjoying Macroom, placed in the center of town. We walked everywhere! I would say that when we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was excellent and orders taken for main breakfast and self service for cereal etc. Staff member was most helpful and took order for what you wanted rather than full breakfast. Did not use spa. The breakfast room was spotless

My recent stay at the Castle Hotel was really good. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I ate in the restaurant and the steak sandwich was honestly amazing. A perfect hotel for anyone travelling with work.

The facility is pretty disjointed, long walk from parking with luggage-up and down multiple stairs. Room pretty dated, but clean. Staff was very friendly, multiple dining options and shops/dining wirhin walking distance.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Extremely courteous and helpful.
The food was good as it has always been.
The foyer and downstairs areas ( bar, restaurant, breakfast room and coffee shop were also very good but the rooms were quite tired and need some refurbishment along with the upstair corridors.
