Beautiful place in a great location

Everything about this hotel was perfect!

Great space with 3 pools, it wasn’t hot enough to use the unheated pools but the ground floor pool was lovely, with plenty of loungers too. Staff are attentive, especially the bar staff who were happy to provide cold water/ice. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The breakfast had a good variety and gets rotated often due to how busy it is, large seating area so it doesn’t feel too overcrowded. Only downside was our neighbours were talking loudly on the balcony at 3/4am on the first night, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe they could have intervened?

Good central location, breakfast good and varied, hotel staff friendly and attentive. Conveniently located for Airport bus. Only 2 minute walk. Cost under €5 each way. Quick and easy ride.

This was our 3rd time staying at Hotel Saratoga and I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in Palma. The staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant, and they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Super stay at Saratoga. Great location and very helpful staff, Alba was so friendly and gave us great places to eat. We wll definitely be back.

Great location for a flying visit

Pool areas very nice, great views from the Sky bar. Junior suite is large with a balcony. Location is spot on. Overall a pleasant experience.

No air in the rooms and they ran out of fans. Very hot!!!

Great hotel with convenient location. Friendly staff. Loved the rooftop area despite the 18+ people hen party who dominated all 12 sun loungers!

Lovely hotel - rooms were very stuffy and we had a hard time controlling the temperature, but otherwise, a great place to stay.

Air conditioning was not effective

This hotel is all about the location, it is excellent! The area is so central and makes it easy to get around. The staff are really nice and helpful, and was made to feel very welcome. I was a solo female traveller and never felt awkward or unwelcome. Only thing I would point out is I would have preferred a room not on the ground floor, (purely from a safety point of view being a solo female), but otherwise I couldn't fault the hotel and highly recommend.

The location is fantastic minutes from main shopping, the rambles is a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. Minutes from main bus stops. Clean room amazing bathroom free standing bath. Choose the design suite very roomy. The TV’s were hard to navigate. The breakfast was standard nothing outstanding. Staff lovely and property very clean housekeeping very good
