Can't go wrong, room was spacious and the amenities are great. Excellent rooftop during the day and at night.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located and near the old town. The breakfast was great. The hotel and the room could do with a bit updating. The pool areas could be better and updated. Overall we had a great experience.

Staff were really friendly. Perfect location for all things Palma as really central and close to the port. Roof pool and bar were amazing with a gorgeous view! Rooms were spacious and super clean. Balcony’s on rooms were nice but view of a building wasn’t amazing. However didn’t ruin how nice it was overall.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Palma. The restaurants are good and food was excellent. The room was fine and met expectations.

Wonderful hotel with convenient location. We had access to the city, you can walk everywhere from here. Great rooftop with yummy food and drinks. Pools were a little small so we went took a taxi to Cala Mayor. Our neighbor would knock on the wall like minutes from entering our hotel, that was inconvenient. We were whispering to be respectful but never loud. I even upgraded to a suite for convenience but we couldn’t talk, probably thin walls. 3 small blocks east, main shopping area and dinning. McDonald’s was close by. We walked until like mid-night & felt very safe.

We chose this hotel due to the “luxury” element. For the price I would say it’s ok. Our room was quite dated with marks on the wall and dust under bed. Nice pools and sky bar lovely . I don’t think for the price I would come back.

Perfect hotel and location to stay in Mallorca

Hotel Saratoga was an amazing hotel. It’s walking distance from many attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. Whenever we needed a taxi, the hotel would get us a taxi and it would arrive within minutes.

Property is well located. Easy walking to all the shops and sites. Room and facilities were clean. Staff friendly. Rooftop pool/tables are small but nice. Gym too. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Parking is close but not linked to hotel, and spaces are too small for a standard sized car. Overall a pleasant stay.

Modern hotel walking distance to old town as well as easy for going to bus and train station. Enjoyed our stay there! Would definitely go back again during our next trip to Palma, Mallorca.

Our stay at Hotel Saratoga was excellent! The hotel is clean, staff is extremely helpful, and it has all of the necessary amenities, including an excellent breakfast. But perhaps the best part of staying at Hotel Saratoga was the location - situated close to everything we wanted to visit in Palma. Most things were walking distance, public transport is right around the corner, and the hotel immediately called a taxi when necessary. I would definitely recommend staying there!
