Very good

The service at this hotel is outstanding! From check in to the breakfast buffet, housekeeping, etc. everyone was friendly and attentive. There is onsite underground parking (smaller cars better), a restaurant that serves all day and has a great tapas menu, and the breakfast buffet has lots of choice. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The hotel itself is easy to find as a driver and is about a 15 min walk from the centre. Highly recommend!

No AC/Temp control in winter. No conditioner for hair and must ask for lotion. Cheap products and cheap attached to the wall hairdryer. Bad location.

Just a short walk to the city center. This was a incredibly clean and well appointed hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Clean nice staff and food

We really enjoyed our stay. the staff were great and the location was good. However, we did find the room too warm and you couldn't get it any cooler as the air conditioning is turned off during the winter. That sounds reasonable, but it was 24C in the room which is a bit warm to sleep.

This hotel is excellent. Everything is new, fresh amenities, the front desk area looks really beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable beds, sparkling clean, fresh fluffy towels, and toiletries. The shower has enough water pressure with a secondary rain fall shower head, if this is what you like. The shower design allows it to be doorless without causing any water spillage outside of the shower! I’ve seen this design in other hotels but it was poorly executed so we had to deal with a lot of water leakage into our bathroom - but not here! There’s a large tv in the room, a desk, a table with chairs, benches to put down your luggage, closet, mini fridge with snacks, and a safe. The property has a gym, restaurant for breakfast and a cafe. You can order room service too. This is just 9 min walk from the Renfe train station. Incredibly convenient location. There’s a restaurant bar within 2 min walking distance, coffee shops, and you can walk downtown to the majority of the spots in Granada downtown. Easy access to buses too. This was just the perfect place to be. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the nightly price (~USD 79 with taxes).

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast and coffee

A really nice hotel close to the rail station and the main city centre (and a 40 min pleasant walk to Alhambra Palace. The room was very inviting. Breakfast was also nice.

Very nice rooms, breakfast and helpful staff

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Room was clean and amenities were enough. Only the stairs at the entrance wasn't very convenient.

Everything was nice and clean also staff were really friendly and helpful only down size is there hotel car park its very tight space to move your car around when u are to trying to park or leave from the car park other then that hotel its really lovely and great location also

Overall good. They don't provide an iron or board but offer laundry service.
