Dirty, AC doesn’t work, poor amenities in the bathroom (which is also unhygienic). Breakfast is a joke - they send you to a cafe across the street for a coffee and one cookie or croissant. They market incorrectly that they have a buffet breakfast.

The foyer of the property was clean and well appointed. The room carpet was dirty and stained. We had three twin beds and the picture was not what was on website. The house staff were very friendly. The front desk staff politeness and helpfulness depended on who was working. The restaurant was under construction and we had to eat off premises. Directions were very confusing.

Hotel it’s pretty old , but it’s very close to the Vatican City

The hotel did not match the pictures online. It is under renovation- which is a few years late. The lobby and breakfast area are updated, but the rooms and hallways are grungy. The carpets are stained and discolored everywhere, there was mold in the bathroom, and dust was caked on the vents. It is a short walk to the Vatican, a hike to the Colosseum, a short ride to the train station. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast was good and replanished several times

The breakfast was fine, the rooms well. The elevators are still alittle bit old and not enough of them for all the guests. The Breakfast room is hard to find. Other than this I can recommend the place, I´ve been there a few times now.

Everything was horrible. Nothing, I mean NOTHING was as pictured. SO DIRTY! Staff was nice.

Good location , nice staff

Best decision to stay here. Not too far from Vatican, grab a scooter with Lime app on a time basis. You can buy tickets there, grab the Vatican Sn Pedro Chatedral and all the museums packagage, For day 1, then jump on the red bus tour for move around the city. Visit St Michael castle, Davinci city museum (not the expo). Great time

Servicio de recepcion amable. Habitacion comoda y siempre limpia, Hotel bien conectado a traves de metro (estacion CIPRO a dos o tres cuadras). Desayuno completo y bien servido, en area renovada del establecimiento.

Overall pleasant stay

I like the hotel. It was definitely old hotel. But I like the location. The hotel was clean. I like the bed. It was not too soft. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The smell was also good. It smelled clean. The problem is only small bathroom and parking was not noted. It was worth the stay. Will stay again.
