We chose the Quality Inn in Hampstead for a Wembley Stadium concert, specifically needing free parking and easy transport links after travelling a long way. The Good: Location & Transport: Outstanding access to Wembley via the Jubilee line, making the journey back and forth hassle-free. Parking: Free parking on-site is a massive bonus for London. Service: Staff were friendly. Areas for Improvement: Room Condition: The hotel is very dated and felt a bit grubby around the fixtures and fittings (though the sheets and towels were clean). The room and bathroom were tiny, and the carpet really needed a thorough vacuuming. Amenities: No AC (just a portable fan), very limited tea/coffee supplies, and a very basic breakfast featuring re-heated frozen items despite reviews claiming "it has a top rated breakfast". It looks like when a concert is on, pricing across London is steep, and at £200 for the night, it felt very high for the quality provided. That said, as the cheapest option with parking for a one-night concert stay, it served its purpose. Just set your expectations accordingly - it’s a functional bed for the night with parking, that is it!

Firstly, the staff were polite and attentive. This hotel does not serve food on an evening, surely that makes it a B&B?? The public areas look like they’ve had some renovation lately and are very nice. Although the room was OK, it could have done with a refeb

Budget hotel where you just need a bed for the night. Clean which is the main thing. Staff helpful. Basic but that’s why it’s low price. Ok for a one night sleep

Room was average, bed good, bathroom very good. Noisy because my room overlooked the car park. The No fridge in the room - important in the high summer heat. No air-con, but a fan was provided (essential to be able to sleep in the stuffy room). The curtains do not exclude light properly, so an eye-mask is essential unless you want to wake up at dawn. Breakfast poor, I skipped it altogether the last day. No restaurant but there was a bar in the lobby. The receptionist was friendly enough, but other staff were downright hostile. I did not feel welcome. Not good value for money.

Jen and Steph went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. It really felt like a family run hotel. All the staff at the hotel were, helpful, friendly and engaging. Real smiles, real warmth.

Staff lovely and friendly. Good location and parking. Hotel is nicely decorated and clean and tidy. Rooms are small and beds are uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly helpful just as kind as can be. Morning breakfast was outstanding. Very clean facility. Although the rooms are a little small but they met the purpose. I really enjoyed my stay.

A good hotel to stay at, it’s very clean, room was lovely, as was the bathroom, nice to be able to have a bath. Plenty of hot water too. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great to have the parking availability. This hotel is in a great location, close to bus/underground/overground train routes. Great, fairly central hotel near buses and tube. Rooms clean, quiet and comfortable, lovely buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. As an added bonus, free parking in small, non bookable car park. Our second stay.
