Staff was good. The hotel in general was very dirty. Bedding was stained. Kinda gross actually

We paid for parking in the “parkade” (roughly $17.00) a day and when coming back from dinner went the entire way to the top (8 floors) with not one single spot available. When calling the front desk to inquire the assistant manager told us we would not be getting our money refunded, and because there was an event, it was out of their hands. We had to pay a separate fee to park in an unsecure lot a few blocks away. (That was okay, the charge for parking when we did not utilize those services was the outrageous part) Majority of the staff were nice, some very abrupt. Bed was awful with just a thin sheet and flat comforter with flat squished pillows for a king size. Zero water pressure and the heat regulation in that building was awful. You’re either sweating or cold. The only pro was decent coffee from Starbucks in the morning and the slew of friendly Montreal Canadians fans who were in the lobby. I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere. And if you have anything larger than a midsize SUV, don’t even attempt to park there.

Rooms were good. Location is the best benefit as well as having a starbucks in the lobby. Gym needs updating/maintenance

Ive stayed here twice recently & both times the TV is garbage. Its basically some free canadian tv app. And the internet is horrible !!!!!!! I had to use my hotspot. I couldnt connect my xbox to watch movies i was stuck watching the same 6 channels. For this reason i may never rent at the Radisson again.... everything else is great.
