The property needs some maintenance and this hotel is pretty old.

Where to start Staff is hard to find 😕 Roof leaks in few places in hallways Carpet in hallways durty Hallways smell like weed and smoke by several rooms WORST WIFI EVER , WONT EVEN WORK TV IN ROOM TOTALLY DIVE FOR A FAMILY

We asked for a bit more time for check out and got until noon with no charge! The pool and hot tub was nice and the garden was nice! Overall 3/5

The hotel was gross, the lobby, atrium was all dirty, no sweeping, mopping or vacumning. Our room, the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse it was all wayer damaged , and collapsing. Our armoire for our tv had someone's drink spilled down the fron out of it. The coffee table had food stuck to it. The room hadn't been vacumned and had sunflower seeds all over it. The couch was stained ed and had actual food stuck to it. We went down thinking the co mineral breakfast would be good, the food was.mislabelled, all the fruit was over ripe. The syrup container was stuck and had hair all over it The photos online were very old, I would it have chosen this place for my bestie and I to.meet up. We just felt dirty. Very disappointed rhat we booked there and are disgusted. But the staff..over worked and beyond polite and friendly. If I wanted to rate this for stats for gross...5 stars.

We came for work so we didn’t use the pool. The room was clean however the one bed had a divet in it that you kept rolling into. The building itself needs an update but the function was good, the staff was amazing and we may stay again …

the hotel is very rundown, we stayed with our 4 year old grandson in a walk out suite to the pool What a disappointment, the floors were dirty, the couch was dirty , it hasn't been updated in YEARS. nothing good about this hotel The Tv did not work, no channels would come on Do NOT stay here. AWFUL.

It’s definitely a run down property. It’s very dated the beds were questionable. It was very hot and muggy in the room right off the pool. We had the AC running but it didn’t cool it off. Not that it mattered too much but the tv didn’t work.

We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. Friends of our had also booked a suite for the same reasons as us (5 ppl) and were also given a smaller room and not what they had booked. It is no surprise to say that teams were loud and disrespectful to other guest late into the night, but the bumping and different levels of reno/disrepair throughout the hotel make it hard to give high marks or recommendation to others.

I paid for a clean bedroom, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far short of expectations. The duvet was stained with blood, and the bed appeared as though it had never been properly cleaned—merely flipped over. The overall cleanliness and lack of attention to detail were highly disappointing. To be honest, the entire building seems to be in need of serious renovation.

Love the location. We have stayed at Baymont a few times and it is such a good hotel but we find it is becoming very run down and starting to look like a dive. If some updates are not done I don't think this hotel will be around in 5 years. Breakfast everything was missing example, glasses for juice, yogurt, porridge. Was pathetic. Would give breakfast a 1

Everything was very well But the buffet was a headache Too small of plates and small glasses Is horrible and having too lift the lids off each food item is primitive Should be on a hinge to lift it up Food for thought Literally Cj

I was made to pay an additional $30 to check in by 12 pm. While I know that early check in is based on availability, having a guest pay to check in at 12 pm is not right. Once it is available, let the guest check in.
