I think all in all this hotel is really nice The executive lounge is amazing, the hotel is dated and yes making some updates and renovations would be good but please keep the feeling. Location is super good. We spent the entire time in our hotel room 588 due to illness. We didn’t see any thing or visit anything but a big shout out to our cleaning lady - she was amazing. Changeing our sheets and towels often to help us get well. Very nice lady

The staff were lovely throughout the stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious with high quality food and good variety. I used the gym and out 3 treadmills, two of them were not working which was frustrating. The location was perfect being able to walk everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Beautiful old building from the outside, but pretty bland inside. Reception pleasant but room feels dated and slightly musky. good parking below the hotel although the cost should be factored in to the room rate. Easy transport connections and good shopping nearby.

The towels had holes in them they were so ragged. Temperature in the room couldn't be controlled properly. I have an on going "dispute" with them for a refundable booking that wasn't all refunded. They told me that hotels.com wete the ones scamming me. If you didn't sign up for hilton honors, they charge for it. its 2025! What hotel charges for wifi?

Great hotel to stay in Antwerp. Great location, close to several main attractions. Walking distance from the train station and reasonable price for the quality of the Hotel.

Hotel is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of restaurants and shops. Great for walking. Hotel room was a little outdated, but all in all everything was nice.

The location of this wonderful hotel is spectacular!! It is situated in beautiful Old Town Antwerp, right beside Groenplaats and steps away from the majestic Cathedral of Our Lady Antwerp. A few blocks further lies the Grote Markt, which is the city’s main square. Clearly the Hilton was once a magnificent hotel, with its high ceilings and spacious rooms; however, the furniture and beds in the rooms are tired and dated. We found the staff to be very kind and attentive, and overall the service was great. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

The staff made this hotel, they were so friendly! The room was lovely and big which was fab.

Lovely hotel and area. You can walk to restaurants, cathedral and shopping. The A/C didn’t work, no window to open. They gave us a fan but it was hot and stuffy, rest of the hotel was excellent, restaurant and bar were good.
