Great location in Segovia, breakfast has variety of choices. Would stay once again if we come back. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall pleasant stay.

We were given a second floor room that overlooks Plaza Mayor. It was fantastic. The staff at check-in were helpful, clear, and got us in a bit early. We utilized the hotel parking (they will valet for you and bring your car around per your request—which you can schedule if you’d like). The property is “nostalgic.” If you’re looking for modern “IKEA showroom,” look elsewhere. The room has a classic feel, but is comfortable. We had a double (two twins) and in addition to the table and a chair, the room had a wider lounge chair (Queen Anne style). The bathroom was 100% modern. Rain shower head, commode, bidet, and toiletries all provided. Towels were large and very absorbent. Elevator to the floor was small, as is common in older buildings, but fine for the use. The only time we saw other guests was at check-in and check out. This was my fourth stay in Segovia, and aside from living here, my most comfortable. The room was very clean, excellent location and the staff was very efficient and professional. The breakfast was very good. Certainly I recommend this place and will book it again.

Great location on Plaza Mayor. Small room but good bed and nice shower, so who needs more. Did not need hotel breakfast; nice cafe right opposite hotel entrance.

Very nice accommodations at the hotel. You’re right in the middle of old town. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The reception staff was super friendly and helpful

My room was clean only issue I had was the bed , I paid for a Queen and I got to single beds attached to each other . And also it was a bit chilly that day and the heating unit wasn’t giving sufficient heat . Other than that all was well .

The mini split air/heat worked amazing! And we needed to use air one day and heat the other! Rooms were very clean! All staff was amazing!

The hotel has a great location! The front desk staff are helpful and attentive. The only thing to avoid at all costs is room 219. It's next to the housekeeping storage/break/conversation room, and it's extremely loud during their operating hours. If late-night activity is happening there, the door is always open, and closing it is very loud.

Clean room and location

Staffwas nice and helpfull. The room was comfortable, clean and warm (winter time). Hotel was beautiful, with a lot of personality, and very well maintain. Great for a 3-4 night stay.

Great location and staff

It was an easy stay, in a well equipped room, with all the necessary amenities (coffee pot, refrigerator, wifi, large bathroom with a tub). Room service was cordial and attentive. Clean room. Did not have breakfast at hotel, but they had a breakfast buffet for 10.50 euros.

Great stay on our trip to Segovia! The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. We will for sure be back when we come back. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!
