The location is good, right on St George Boulevard, but it is quite noisy and hard to get into (no left turns, so you have to go around the block). The door to my room had a massive gap on the bottom and moderate gaps around the edges, letting in a lot of light and noise. The hot water was inconsistent and the refrigerator wouldn't stay on long enough to cool down and then it just shuts itself off. Don't plan on bringing any food that requires a fridge/freezer! I didn't check out breakfast because they told me it was small and not really substantial. All of the outlets are loose, so you've got to find juuuust the right spot to charge anything. The room appeared clean and decently updated. The bed wasn't the best, but not the worst either. It was just...ok. It's a budget place, so I didn't expect much...but I thought I'd share the details from my experience for future guests.
