Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.

Room smelled and felt like was last cleaned in 1968 pillows had bad odours to them roudy people were coming and going all nightlong poor sleeping as a result staff ignored customers lined up while staff chatted to friends on the phone made checking in long and involved

Good place to stay

It was awesome.

Parking easy especially for pet families. Right outside the room with sliding patio doors you can park your car. Dog does not have to walk through the motel to get to your room. Room was average. What you’d expect. Bring your own pillows. Seriously bad pillows. Comfy bed though. Coffee pretty terrible at breakfast. But the food looked ok. I didn’t eat anything. My partner said it was ok. Ok location. Busy road. Close to stores and restaurants. Don’t go for the sushi across the street. Nightmare.

Everything was fine and we were lucky one room left for an animal as hadn’t called hotel directly about that so my bad! Only thing was had a room where could be a connecting room with door between but this was not the point here and unfortunately the person beside us had TV on loud I assume and sure could hear it which not optimal to go to sleep! Front desk did call them but they didn’t seem to answer so we had to bang on their door and then they did stop (didn’t come out to talk about it- just turned the tv off or much lower volume?) Besides that- all good.

Photos make it appear a bit nicer than it is inside. It’s not horrible just less than what I anticipated.

Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. A little dated. Two floors, no elevator or luggage carts so if you have mobility issues ask for a ground room. Breakfast was pretty good.

Brought a group of 20 and the staff were really great to accommodate us. Check in was super easy, rooms were clean, and they even did a great job accommodating us for breakfast in the morning which was hot and ready when we got there. The fact they had a dedicated staff member for the breakfast was awesome. Would recommend for individuals or even groups like ours.

A great place to spend a night on a road trip. Location was great with multiple food options in walking distance. The young woman working the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful. She was so happy to help me and my children. Will stay here again!

When I do my reservations I have checked on the website that the hotel had a parking for trucks.But when I get to the hotel,I have been told that they don’t have a parking for trucks. They send me to to park to another totally unsafe open plaza which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel with bad snowfall carrying my luggage.I did same thing in the morning to get my truck. I asked them why but they told me that it is a third party booking and they are not responsible. All these make my stay bad and feeling unsafe place to stay,specially for truck drivers.

I was told that because I booked the room through Expedia I was left with a pet friendly room. The staff asked if we had allergies and I said yes but they still said the only room left was the pet friendly and assured me it was clean. There was sand and hair under the beds . Otherwise decently clean Staff were friendly
