Breakfast was not great. Had to reheat previously frozen omelette & hash browns in the microwave

Rooms are freshly renovated and look pretty good. Room had walkin shower which was nice. Get to breakfast early as some items were very limited such as bacon. Overall a good stay.

Check in was courteous and quick

The room was clean and adequate for what we needed. My wife uses a mobility walker which proved to be a bit of a challenge. There are no access ramps to get into the building other than the front door.

Parking is a bit of an issue because of the way it’s laid out. It’s also super noisy on a Saturday night into the morning hours. Barring that, a good experience.

Unfortunately, when I needed help from maintenance staff, the staff stepped into my room with dirty shoes which make sen questions the general cleanliness of the carpet. The breakfast area was not well maintained or refilled in a timely manner and the garbage was overflowing. The washroom was clean and so was the bedding. The wifi kept cutting in and out I had to keep signing in every hour or so.

The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful.

Room was like all other rooms. Nice to have a breakfast option. Only downside was that there was construction going on so we could not get to room by lobby. Had to enter and exit through the back door. We were gone all day and literally only slept here so was not a huge inconvenience.

It looked like it was newly renovated, friendly staff, great parking right outside sliding doors to the room.

The hotel is under renovation but our room was excellent. Great staff and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again. Rav checked us in and he was professional and helpful with our specific needs. Great stay.

The check out time is 11:00 a.m. and that is posted at the front desk, and in the rooms. Yet at 9:00 a.m. someone was banging on the door to clean the room-when we did not request a wake up call, in fact, we did the opposite and requested a late check out and were told that was fine. So disappointing to have our door banged on by the front desk worker at 11:30 and have him swearing at us to get the F out. Especially for my 18 month old daughter to be subjected to such negative and threatening behaviour to customers. Never ever again will I rent rooms to accommodate my family and I during our stays in Saskatoon. We used to love the Comfort Inn and had stayed there multiple times and for multiple days, renting multiple rooms.

Guests should be informed on the website and before booking if the hotel or building is undergoing construction or renovation. There was no notice or disclosure on the website stating that the property is currently under renovation, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Clear communication about ongoing construction is important so guests can make informed decisions and properly manage their expectations before arrival.

Breakfast was not fresh and was cold-needed to be heated in microwave. They were also in the middle of renovating, which wasn’t noisy but it was not what we expected. Room was clean

Upon our arrival, the staff member at the front desk was great. Very helpful and professional. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices, scrambled eggs, sausage and cubed fried potatoes. Cereals, muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit along with coffee and juices. The heating/AC unit worked well. Although the property was being renovated, we were undisturbed. Good place for families.
