Very nice accommodations clean and comfortable room

We had a great stay. It was as expected, we stay at comfort inns often.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Just stayed one night but could ask for more. Staff was very friendly and the6 had a really good breakfast

The shower head was too short. Bed was hard and lumpy at the same time. The sheets and blankets were visibly dirty. The carpet felt damp when we first got to our room. The staff were helpful though and provided a plunger when the toilet clogged.

The floor in the bathroom wasn’t clean behind the door and baseboards were really dirty. The sink was smelly. Other than that the room was acceptably clean. There is no elevator to the second floor. The breakfast was decent

The beds in this hotel were the most comfortable we have stayed in in a very long time!

We stayed here traveling on our way to our trip to Thunder Bay. It was good for one night and always appreciate a breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was great!

Great room, parking is super breakfast great.

Perfect stay , only thing I had a problem with is my room was right beside stair well and I heard everything all night long , other that that was good

We had a great stay! Gerald in reception was very welcoming and a very bubbly person, The room was very clean and the AC was blowing very cold which was a welcome feature during the hot Winnipeg summer. The breakfast was also good with a good selection of breads pancakes and beverages. All in all a great value for our money and will definitely consider staying there again for a staycation.

Gross, shabby and run down. Smelled gross, dingy.

We arrived at 3:30 and there was a long line of people waiting to check in and no-one at the front desk. Took us 30 minutes to get to the front of the line to then be told that our room was not ready and that the front desk person has been stripping rooms to get them ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get in. Instead of switching up rooms to get people into their rooms - they kept people in their original rooms (standard room). Didn’t make sense. Very frustrating when we are visiting to attend an event and it took almost an hour to get into our room. Staff was friendly, but clearly not enough staff if rooms aren’t ready for people to check in after regular check in time.

The hot water was only a trickle!
