Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool but sitting at the tables near by were relaxing. Our one meal at the hotel was delicious..

We were able to check in at 3 o’clock, two hours before official check-in time, so that was useful. We went out at 8 o’clock in the morning, by 3 o’clock, our room was still not cleaned. That was very inconvenient. Air-conditioning was loud, kept us awake at night.

My husband and I stayed at Coast Capri Hotel during our trip to Kelowna. After a 4-hour drive from Surrey, we arrived only to realize we had forgotten our physical credit cards at home. Our booking was already prepaid, and we even offered to leave a $100 cash deposit without expecting it back, but the staff were unwilling to help and showed very little flexibility. The situation was extremely embarrassing and stressful. Only after a long discussion did they suggest trying tap payment, which ended up working. The customer service experience was disappointing. There was also no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. Additionally, our room was cleaned while we were out even though we had not requested housekeeping service. Overall, the lack of helpfulness and poor customer service made our stay much less enjoyable than expected.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Coast Capri. Our room was ready early abd we enjoyed the early check-in by hanging out at the pool all afternoon. The wait for service and drinks poolside was long and it was confusing who our server was. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We especially enjoyed the pool area. Lots of loungers, tables and umbrellas to have a meal and a drink. The staff at front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient.

I arrived early but I was checked into a room without delay. Very appreciated!

Great front desk - a bit disappointed at the service in the restaurant- but I would stay at the hotel again based on the front desk service.

Lovely spot with a great pool and amazing staff. Good location, walkable. Nice to have their store right there too. Restaurant food is excellent. Great service at the bar. Lisa at the desk is a STAR!

Room was small but effective! Close to lots of places, pool was clean, convenient snack bar and restaurant was great. No complaints!

They must do something with breakfast because it is not a cheap hotel

rate are to expensive for this hotel , no breakfast , can hear other room , breakfast at bar expensive and not much to offer
