My biggest problem with this location is they are charging for parking… This is the first time in Canada I’ve ever seen a hotel, like this charging for parking.. When you look through the fine print , Apparently they show that they charge for parking. I just wanna make sure that everyone understands this. As far as the quality of the room, they are renovated, but the doors don’t fit properly… There’s light coming in around the main door The outside door doesn’t lock properly I did not feel secure in this room The bedding seemed old But the room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly Just beware of the parking cost..

Had to change room as original was an adjoining room and could hear their other room quite clearly. Front staff were more than accommodating having our room changed with ease

The hotel sid not offer what was originally advertised on Expedia: picture of a large pool with a water slide (not even close) a hot breakfast (nope....stale muffins, over ripe fruit) they got the tea right.

this hotel was terrible! The rooms were very dirty, we had our sheets changed twice on the bed and they were still covered in hair and dirt from other people, you couldn’t walk around the carpet without your shoes or socks on or your feet would turn black. the doors on the main floor going outside did not lock properly. The shower was growing mold. the interior door also did not lock properly. The hotel room had a disgusting musty smell to it, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. I could go on and on about this place. We ended up leaving after being checked in for an hour, and it took Expedia almost a week to get ahold of the hotel to process the refund to the point I myself had to call and tell them to communicate with Expedia. I will NEVER return here again.

The original room didn’t seem safe. The door wouldn’t lock so I given another room with no hesitation.

This place is a very basic hotel, the best description for it would be a motel instead. At least the place was clean but this place needs a heavy renovation.
