The Pancakes were very dry and not edible. On the other hand the croissant was lovely

Wow, fabulous location. Walking distance to city and zoo. Dining is at its best within close walking distance. Many quality restaurants to choose from. Great price

Did not have breakfast

The room was clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The drain on the balcony was clogged and flooding, but poking a stick down there took care of that. Can not fault the venue, really. The only downside is incirtious neighbours who have no respect for others as they leave their door open while they talk at volume down the hallway all morning from 3:30am.

Facilities and room were very clean, bedding was crisp and spotless.

Convenient for walking around Nth Adelaide

Good location, good parking facility, rooms are good and spacious, breakfast could have condiments on guests tables rather than at breakfast counter which will be an issue when guests queue up in busy times

Noisy guest/tenant upstairs, Sunday morning awoken by council cleaning the streets and paths at 5am, honestly that’s ridiculous. Car park is terrible, breakfast was a silver lining.

They did not tell us breakfast was included so we never went. I only picked this hotel because of the spa but this is closed and reception said they are not fixing it. I stayed here before and enjoyed it. But I won’t be back after this terrible visit.
