Clean room, staff and good breakfast

Pas de prise pour voiture elecrique. La nouriture chaude au dej est peu attirante, pas d'ascenceur

The place is clean, but it's a little dated. (Old carpet) The staff was friendly.

Chambre et hôtel a besoin d’être rénové. Mais établissement est quand même propre et les employés sont serviables. Hôtel bien situé près de restos, etc.

Worst confort inn stay yet. Room wasn't clean during my 2 days stay. Conditions outside were unsafe, took a major fall getting out of the back door. Reported the condition to the front desk to be told that "the guy" doing snow removal had been by and there was nothing he could do. No way to report unsafe conditions on their website and manager would only be back on Monday...Too stupid to ask someone to put salr or sand in front of the door or do it himself. That was my last stay there for sure. Worst part was that the ice build-up was just in front of the door, rest of walkway was clear. Extremely unhappy customer, luckily I didn't break anything but saw stars for a while while laying down on the cement walkway.

The room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the quality body lotion and hot shower. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking but the room was well setup. The breakfast was excellent. I found it quite pricy but I’m leaving satisfied with the quality of the service.

The table in the room is dusty

Everything was excellent. Check in was prompt and they let me check in an hour early. My room was towards back of hotel and was clean and cosy. Has been updated and is very safe and secure. Very quiet as well.

Clean rooms

There was a smelly odor in the bed and the room was not freshen up. We stayed 2 days, did not know that we have to request for room cleaning. Morning breakfast was limited on our 2nd day.

The property was very clean buy there was no elevator for the second floor rooms. We did not have a hair dryer in our room. We had to park out back and drag suitcased in from there.

I want to sleep there but once i wen there they told me thèse noroom invalide and i pay for nothing

This property is worn out. For the high rate I would have expected better. Wouldn’t book here again. Needs a refresh badly.

We found ty price high. For the condition of the premises

Carpets seemed to be very dirty. There was a moldy, damp smell in the lobby and even in the room. The mattress seemed to have thinned from years of use, I could feel the metal spring pressing on the body. Not worth what we paid for at all.
