friendly staff, room was perfect & clean!

Room was clean and comfortable. They ask customers to throw dirty towels outside of room in hallway somewhat hazardous if you trip over the towels and an eyesore in the hallway. No elevator not suitable for people with mobility issues. I asked for a room on main floor and was told none available.

Not the best staff, not the best breakfast. Everything is average. No water at the hotel room.

Wike up frozen and all power off. No breakfast. Youd think they would have a generator. Not even a discount. The grout in the shower needs a good soak with bleach.

Room had good heat, convenient patio door exit, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. Clean and excellent breakfast!

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Ms Lindsay at the front desk was there this check in and back in December when I was there last, and was the sweetest and so helpful both times. This stay my best friend had a knee injury prior to arrival and they were able to help with a room that was easy to manage on the first floor. My room was immaculate and can't wait to visit again.
