We stayed on the odd side room numbers and found it to noisy from traffic they moved us next morning to quiet side of motel just excellent so accommodating

The staff during the day were great. It was just the blonde heavyset woman at night. That was kind of rude. Other than that I gave you five stars.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

I really liked having the main floor room with the patio doors leading out to the covered barbecue patio. Everything was super clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located just a couple minutes drive from just about anything you’d need in St Thomas. Will definitely book again

Everything was great except for the fact that there were no elevators to the second floor. I did see that on the other description of the hotel. It was aleast 12 steps to go up. I'm healthy enough to take 2 trips up with my coolers of food and drinks since I couldn't keep in my car with the heat wave that we had. Also wished that there was also ice machines on the second floor and offered water bottles in the rooms. Breakfast was great , omlet sausage bacon and some home fries. And dont forget the waffles. Really enjoyed my stay here and maybe come back with a group. But will stay on the main floor.

When I checked in I did not find the staff st desk very friendly. On top of the cool reception, she even sent us to the wrong entrance to bring our things in. I specifically asked if we come through main doors..I was told to go around to side of hotel and there was a door there. My husband almost had a heart attack carrying the cooler and our . She sent us way on the other side. Our room was right near the front desk, second floor. I almost feel as if it was on purpose - how do you mislead guests like that? This woman was elderly with long straight hair. As for the room, it was sufficient. Did not like the carpeting but everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Something very serious that needs to be addressed: the shower is super slippery. No mat provided, no grab bars. Don't care how old you are, this is a very dangerous situation. I highly suggest this be looked into. An accident waiting to happen. As for breakfast, we never ate there so can't say anything about that Hotel is isolated but within walking distance of Tim Hortons, etc. We had a quiet, pleasant two days.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, covered picnic areas in the back are a nice amenity.

We don't know why but the room was very humid all the time. The carpet felt damp almost to walk on. The towels in the bathroom wouldn't dry even. The sausages at breakfast didn't look cooked even. There wasn't a sharp knife even to cut the bagels. The staff never seemed overly friendly. It was extremely noisy especially being located facing the highway. I asked to move but was abruptly told there were no other rooms. We would not stay there again.

I travel often, this was the best Comfort Inn I have been to. Very clean, updated; outside and inside. Rooms, beds, bedding, furniture and supplies all nice. Breakfast was good with omelets, Sausages, spicy potato wedges, bacon, breads, bagels, fruit, juices etc. 2 storey building, no elevator, but stairs are not steep, so manageable even with bad l Knees. Lots of parking. Huge property with 2 bbqs and sheltered area with picnic tables. No Pool Coffee and tea always available in reception area. Really enjoyed my stay
