Hotel has no elevator—I was travelling with several large, heavy suitcases and had a room on the second floor. Not fun. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. Placing a $100 fee on my c/c for “incidentals” was not appreciated. Hotel breakfast did not open until 6:00am and I left at 5:55 so not even a coffee. Not appreciated.
Check-in lady was competent.

Needed to stay here when flights were rerouted. The airport shuttle worked well.
No lift so be aware if lots of luggage.
