I didn't t' like the fact that the refused to grant me their reward points because. I booked though Expedia! They also didn't accomodate me by keeping my luggages after check out even if my departure was just on the evening! I have to carry all of them with me all day until my time of departure from 3 Rivières! The lady at the front desk at my time of checkout was very rude and unkind! I choose this comfort Inn Hotel because I liked my stay at Ottawa Comfort Inn but there is Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn! I regretted my decision to say there! And I'll avoid this lace in the future!

We were treated very well. We were travelling with a dog and had a room beside the staff room when booked in Levis,Quebec. Early morning g dialogue from the staff could be heard clearly into our room next door. Important for you to know. Otherwise ….. great service!

Séjour sans problème. Excellent déjeuner et près des services. Parking sur les lieux.

Le temps des tapis dans les hôtels est révolu. De plus, dans ma chambre justement, il y avait de la veille gomme collée noircie.

My biggest pet peeve is slow internet and that is what we got here. Wifi just kept cutting off so I used up more data than usual. There is no elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage a flight of stairs which was not in the best condition. Room was ok, a bit worn out and the bed was supposed to be a queen but it certainly was not. There were also some stain on the sheets. Breakfast was ok with waffle maker, scrambled eggs (tasted bland) and sausages! Overall I give it a generous 6.5.

La chambre était impeccable, lits parfaits. Ce qu'on a le plus aimé, c'est la grande gentillesse du personnel, de TOUT le personnel: à notre arrivée à 22:30, le ménage une jeune avec un beau sourire, et la dame au déjeuner... Très attentive et serviable. Court séjour, mais très agréable. Accueil +++ À refaire... Merci à tous et toutes.

Nice and clean room. altough there was a few hocket team's( kids) in the hotel by 10h00 pm it was quiet. Breakfast was good and all you needed was there. Staff were very polite and professional. The hotwl has easy acces to the highway and lots of store around. very good and I would recommend.

The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. Breakfast hit the spot. Jose and Martin were SO helpful. The TV had a very iffy signal and the toilet was noisier than a typical toilet when flushed. I would definitely stay there again.
