We were in room 1 which whilst very quiet, the bathroom was freezing. The room was nicely decorated and bed beautifully comfortable. Staff delightful and our second visit. Continental breakfast adequate

Clean comfortable room, friendly efficient staff great location

Room was directly below the main Dining Room and chairs could be heard scraping across the floor before 7am and then non stop. No Electric Vehicle Charger in the car park.

The service was very good. All friendly and keen to help. Food good too.

We were met by Pinka who checked us in, she was informative and had a lovely manner. Info given about the hotel, breakfast times etc. Our room was just a standard but plenty big enough, large comfy bed and had an estuary view We only ate continental breakfast at the hotel which was more than enough Luck to find parking in the hotel car park on each of the days we stayed here Loved Padstow out of season will hopefully return

We loved our stay at the Harbour Hotel in Padstow. The place is super cute and charming, and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. When we mentioned we were biking the Camel Trail, they even printed a map for us. The dining options were great, and they were incredibly sweet with our 1-year-old son. Fantastic customer service from start to finish, we’d absolutely stay again.

A very enjoyable overnight stay in an estuary view room. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast had good variety but great quality

Room was comfortable and views were good. The in room tray hadn’t been restocked from previous stay as it was missing some things. En suite was very tight to get in between door and sink. Hotel staff were all polite and attentive. Men’s WC’s were very unclean.

Really lovely one night stay whilst we had a special meal in Padstow. We had a garden room which meant you had a sea view and small terrace - the downside was that in the morning we were underneath the breakfast room and it was quite noisy from just before 8am which on a Sunday was a bit annoying. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, the windows and patio door were a bit drafty though as it was a stormy night. It could do with thick curtains to pull across but there were just wooden slats. The general corridors etc and dining areas were all really stylish and newly refurbished. We managed to get a space in the hotel car park but it is a bit limited when the hotel is busy. Overall though I was impressed with the standard of the hotel.
