Too many kids

Beautiful Property, met my expectations and more.

Beautiful, great service

People who work here are wonderful. Kids loved the kids camp and pool. Beautiful property! Food could be better.

The property had so many things to do from going on trails, golf, animals, a spa, big pool with a nice jacuzzi, and wonderful staff. The unfortunate thing was you could hear a dog next door dragging a leash or rolling a ball while barking at times late at night. However, the hotel can’t fully control that. Jeff was wonderful at the front desk and all the staff were very friendly.

I would recommend and I would return I enjoyed it so much. Great staff.

Lovely property, relaxing ambiance

Nothing short of an abundance of relaxation, play, and beauty. This resort is such a gem. The staff was very accommodating and kind. A massage at the spa was an amazing experience. The pool area and hot tub was so relaxing after a cozy fire pit wind down. Cannot wait to return!

Large property and if you like golf, tennis, swimming or just quiet walks, this place is perfect.

The property is beautiful. The market should have extended hours. We asked for a crib and told us it was ready in the room and it was not. The food was delicious at the golf court and in the lodge.

The property was very nice. The garbage smell behind the lodge was noticeable when crossing the bridge.

Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed noticeable repainting. The public areas were in good shape. Shuttle services were fine. It's still a nice place to visit with lots to do, but I'm afraid it seems to be going a little down.

Do not book over the phone; unless you want to be disappointed! Staff was disoriented about the property and gave us wrong information which was very uncomfortable & hard to understand. I’m thinking most people work part-time as no-one knows what is going on!
