If you don't mind a room full of mosquitos this is the right place for you. Another thing is that the hotel won't let you bring in any food snacks or liquids so you can buy them directly from them at a higher prices. Receptionists was rude but the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful

La alberca estaba llena de plumas, cabellos y basura de los arboles, todo lo demás estuvo bien

El hotel está muy bonito, pero siento que esperaba un poco más. La alberca estaba un poco sucia, aunque más que nada por las hojas que caían de los árboles. No había mucha señal de internet, así que si necesitas trabajar, puede complicarse un poco.Mi desayuno estaba incluido, pero no fue algo que me encantara; aun así, agradezco el servicio. Me volvería a quedar aquí porque me gustó mucho la estructura del hotel y el tobogán de la alberca.

We really loved this hotel. All was nice. We loved the pool, restaurant, location, etc. No complaints.

Buen recibimiento, personal amable en todo momento No tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar la alberca pero si del jardín. Todo lo que ofrecen lo cumplen Buena comida exelente pan Nos gustó y lo recomendamos.

Not very accommodating

We were here for six nights and ere very comfortable in a spacious, clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was wonderful.

Very nice Hotel with very unique architecture. I missed a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room

The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a 20min walk from downtown. Staff was nice, the room was clean. We had dinner one day and the restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Great hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come again. Dining room staff is slow and not very attentive.

This is a GREAT hotel. Amazing pool, amazing bar and restaurant, super clean rooms, well off road so very quiet. They ley me keep my motorcycle under the roof of the bus bay, which was super amazing. Thus, the Real gets 5 ***** for motorcycle friendly hotel, in addition to a great all around hotel.

Pretty garden areas, safe and quiet even when is close to main avenue. Beautiful dining area, but food is not good. Amazing Staff and easy parking.

At around 10pm I went to the receptionist and asked for a bottle of water, I was told that the restaurant was closed and they didn't have any, i needed to take my medicine and had to pay a taxi to go get water, also wifi was not working and people were not friendly
