Very clean room exceding our expectations; very friendly staff; I have been staying here for over 30 years and the food is great and I can eat it and don't get sick or anything. They even remember my name. This is by far my hotel of choice with very good shuttle service to and from the airport.

Yes the staff was friendly and the room was clean but the bathroom is old and the door to teh bathroom looks worn out, it will be nice if they could upgrade the bathrooms

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was extremely comfortable, especially the beds. The pool was also fantastic. I very nice respite in a very busy city.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff at the hotel were courteous and very helpful.

Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional. I paid for my brother stay and the manager looked at brother from head to toe. Asked for ID even for the minors. Never had that done before. Asked to Pay $150 dollars for a 12 year old also. Additional charges. The security banging on my window of my car to get out of the parking when I had paid for one hour parking. When I trying to get the baby situated. Treated my family with so much disrespectful behavior. No one greeted them upon arrival. No one was helpful or respectful in anyway whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend the service, hotel to anyone.

Loved it! Luxurious Hotel at a good location and great place to stay !! Food is great and breakfast is great too! Room is good size! It is an older establishment? But it’s well kept and they have a sports bar with pizza and wings

The hospitality is top-notched, and the amenities are plentiful, including fitness classes. It was tempting to just stay in the hotel and not go explore outside of it!

Clean room.

Stunning room and the rest of the hotel too. Entertainment in the evening was lovely while eating a meal in the lobby bar. I booked this hotel as a bit of luxury to relax after a busy retreat and hike, it definately helped me unwind a bit with brilliant breakfast and relaxing by the pool before the long trek home.

The room is comfortable, the concierge was very nice, the balcony and the view were very pretty.
