Breakfast 100 percent … phenomenal variety Great coffee …. Sadly a lot of hotels do not have good coffee … considering this is a coffee country … go figure 😏 Room outstanding Nothing bad to say Airport pick up professional 5 plus stars

The property is beautiful, amenities are nice. $44 USD for a dinner buffet is excessive. The live entertainment was great for a Tuesday evening. The only downside to this property is the carpet and television: both could use an upgrade. In 2026, I should be able to use streaming services and screen cast from my mobile device.

Clean, quiet, respectful and everyone is helpful. I was surprised to see how many languages are spoken to make sure you are well informed about all the services offered. Always smelling great, close to so many useful spots (stores, restaurants) 9.5/10

The hotel is okay. The room wasn't ready at 3.30 pm. The key didn't work, reception just didn't care. The room was noisy. The breakfast wasn't good for us, fruit was excellent but other choices were poor. The staff ,some good some not so good. Coffee wasn't offered. It gets very busy and the system is slightly chaotic. No one at reception asked if we'd had a good stay. Or said thank you. The best bit was the airport shuttle the driver was great. Very disappointed by the experience.

The room was clean breakfast was great but we got overcharged. Wasn’t sure if other juices wasn’t included in the buffet prices ended up being charged $20 per person which was much for Guatemala
