Very disappointed with our stay at Niagara Falls Marriott.
The check-in staff was impatient and unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome. When we entered our room, there were small flies inside. We requested a room change (we had paid for a higher floor), but were told none were available. We then asked for housekeeping to clean the room and were told it would be done within 10 minutes. However, when we returned, it was clear no one had entered the room.
We also requested slippers at check-in, which were forgotten and required another call to reception.
The spa experience was nice and enjoyable, which we appreciated. However, the overall service did not meet the standards we expected from a Marriott property.
