Good room, modern, neat and clean. Parking is a real problem - main entrance gets clogged with people checking in/out and valets get testy. Real parking is a 10-12 minute walk from lobby to an outside lot which itself is quite full.

The check-in time was longer than expected as there was only 1 staff member responding to clients. While I appreciate that it is low season, a conference was in town and I was both surprised and disappointed by the wait time. Valet staff were very nice, but required a 30-minute advance notice/text. My “premium” room was dated and did not meet expectations. The higher charge for a falls view is a bit of a joke in the winter as every day was foggy and the falls view was zero. Overall, an OK stay, but not one that compares to my other Marriott stays.

Very disappointed with our stay at Niagara Falls Marriott. The check-in staff was impatient and unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome. When we entered our room, there were small flies inside. We requested a room change (we had paid for a higher floor), but were told none were available. We then asked for housekeeping to clean the room and were told it would be done within 10 minutes. However, when we returned, it was clear no one had entered the room. We also requested slippers at check-in, which were forgotten and required another call to reception. The spa experience was nice and enjoyable, which we appreciated. However, the overall service did not meet the standards we expected from a Marriott property.

Sorry - but payed premium price. Room, view was whack. I have stayed at other they are better than this. Like we are paying a premium, there is no water bottles , we had to order. Also, payed 55-+ for parking that too which is 10 Mins walk Back and forth. Wasnt expecting that from Marriot.

Off-site parking was $50 and not very convenient, about 5 minute walk. The breakfast was made to order, not a buffet, but it was good. The spa closes early. The window glass was dirty from the falls, but the view from the Superior room on 19th floor was absolutely amazing.

The view of the falls was absolutely breathtaking! Our dinner at Morton's Grille was great, we grabbed drinks at both bars and loved our service and our drinks and the proximity to Niagara Parks activates, especially Table Rock Centre was perfect. From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we had chosen the right location for our adventure in Niagara Falls and we were overjoyed with the experience!
