Good shower. Comfy bed. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Lovely outdoor areas but weather a bit cool and windy at times to take advantage (pool very cold). Only disappointment was that, out of season and with the hotel evidently a long way from full, we did not get offered an upgrade and also got a room with limited view near noisy areas

Our suite was excellent with a large balcony and perfect sea view and of Paphos harbour. Hotel spotless in all areas. The staff outstanding. Also a perfect position with a 5 minute walk to the Harbour and a large variety of shops bars and restaurants.

Amazing facilities, pools and spa, grounds and direct access to the beach. Despite the photos on the website, the hotel was very busy (Oct 2025). The surrounding streets of Paphos could be quite noisy at night which we could hear from our room. Some staff were amazing, others were less engaged. Communication regarding spa and restaurant bookings were sometimes a bit confusing. We tried to email two weeks ahead but got no reply. Staff came round at breakfast to confirm dinner reservations which was helpful. The swim up pool-bar and grotto were great.

Got the room to the back alley Unfortunately was super load Garbage pick up and other maintenance related work was done late into the night and 6am in the morning again. Staff service in the lobby bar - none existent and if you find someone they dont care much about the guest

Wonderful hotel - staff were welcoming - lovely surprise when our room was upgraded to sea and harbour view with balcony. This was the cherry on top - as the pools, sunbeds, swim up bar and extremely high standards of all facilities would have alone, made staying here an absolute pleasure. Beautifully designed and great layout of the property with the iconic palms, and a fantastic location just added to the experience. Really highly recommended.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. You just can't beat it, the location is fabulous the outside pool area overlooking the sea and the palm trees just make for the most incredible views, especially at sun set. We will be back!

Clean room

It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.
