Had an issue when power outage in area, so some suits lacked heat. Staff was very attentive to solve problems

Room was dirty, exposed electrical outlet in wall, only had hot water, water damage under the bathroom sink, bathtub was not cleaned and toilet water tank didn’t refill. We were moved into a new room which was better but that’s not saying much, this room had fingernails on the floor, and many strands of hair in the bed. Did not sleep well, checkout out well before 11am

Staff is friendly and informative. The room is clean and but it needs to be renovation. The tub is clogged when during our stayed. Other than that, its easy access to the beach. Walking distance.

We got to our room it looked nothing like the pictures. The room smelled like urine. The room looked like they were renovating but stoped the bathroom roof was coming down no hot water the fridge and microwave were so old and disgusting. The hotel it self had no amenities that they advertised. The halls carpets were full of stains and falling a part. They claim to have room service and restaurant but none. The rooms carpets were stained the beds were so old and the bed sheets torn and stained. Whom ever owns this should be ashamed. The pictures and descriptions on the booking sites are not correct don’t be fooled by this the pictures they are about 15 years ago.

No shower, no flushing toilet, no cold water in bathroom after 10 pm. Gave me a 30% refund. BRUTAL.

The hotel was very rundown in general. While my room had had some upgrades, the faucet was not secured to the basin. There is absolutely no pictures or decor in the room. Many of the plug-ins did not work. The inside of the elevator didn’t look like it had been wiped down in months. Kind of gross.

carpets are coming loos at the door and dirty. building is is bad condition. outside light flicker like a horror movie. not impressed in the state of the building. your picture on the website is false advertising.

It was overall okay

Staff was friendly. Room spacious and clean. Good location. Needs newer carpet as it's heavily stained- hence pet friendly room. Harrison spring is a tad quiet during winter especially with the public pool being closed.

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Staff were helpful and. There were not much of amenities.

The hotel room was not clean. The bathroom ceiling had visible holes and appeared to be deteriorating. The bathroom itself was dirty, and the bathtub had not been properly cleaned. Overall, the property seems to be in poor condition, with noticeable maintenance issues throughout. I am not going back there.

The room was clean, but very outdated. Door frames, furniture and elevator had many scratches, stains, chipped paint etc.. it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pool was closed even though it was supposed to be open. We were given a coupon for the public pool which was also closed and we did not have access to the pool at Harrison hot springs hotel. The staff were friendly.
