Worst experience ever, dirty towels and breakfast was horrible

I just needed a room for one night after a long flight. The hotel was just fine for that. The shuttle came quickly when I called from the airport and I was able to check in easily. The room was spacious and clean. Exactly what my jet-lagged self needed. The hotel is in a very industrial area so there wasn't really anywhere to walk without facing a lot of high speed traffic and a major, divided highway. That became an issue when I wanted something simple for dinner. The hotel only had a buffet which was too much for me. A kind staff member mentioned the hotel nearby and I was able to get something small there. The breakfast buffet was good and I was happy to face my day well fed. Staff were quick about refreshing the food and clearing tables. Overall I was happy with my stay. The hotel is definitely showing its age but for my one night I was glad to have found a room at a reasonable price where I could get a much needed rest.

The property was an old and there was a lot of construction materials laying around but we didn’t hear or see any work being done. There seemed to be some kind of housing situation going on for homeless or addictions. There was a lot of security around. The swim spa was a nice thing to have but the hot tub was empty and the sauna was not turned on. (We likely could have turned it on but didn’t have time to wait for it to warm up) the gym was clean and equipment looked new. The breakfast was ok. Your standard continental with boxed scrambled eggs and pancakes or hash-browns and sausages. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and big. The rooms were clean but older. The location was on a one way street and took a bit to figure out your way in and out but one way, and confusing roads/intersections seems to be normal in Montreal in general. (Not a grid) The parking had a security gate to get in and out and the parking lot was always pretty full and a bit tight.

The bed was so comfortable, I had a fantastic sleep. The room was extremely clean. Airport shuttle was perfect. No complaints at all.

The hotel is going through some upgrades, but besides that the property could use a good cleaning. The room was clean but the bathroom was small, the breakfast tucked. Nothing for someone who is celiac besides some scrambled eggs and beans. We were there for two days and the breakfast was the same. Hot breakfast, Eggs, sausages and beans. Cold9

Good service at front desk and easy parking.

I would definitely recommend staying there. The only thing is the airport shuttle driver in the morning. I don't know if he was high on something but his driving was terrible. At some point I thought we were gonna get in an accident. He was turning the steering wheel sharply without any reason. He was driving really slow on the highway.

I had to check out earlier than expected by one day and the staff declined helping me getting any credit for the day I wasn’t going to be there. Not helpful at all

Looked shady as soon as we pulled over. Lots of people smoking all around property. Security guards were doing random checks on people’s room. It felt like some rehab center more than hotel. Staff were helpful though.

Clean and quiet. My french is horrible and they were bilingual, so it removed all stress in communications. Flew out early next morning, so didn't get to check out breakfast

The only positive, close to the airport. The hallway stinks, the room dilapidated and terrible maintenance. We booked two queens and got one queen and one double instead. Receptionist were rude and unwelcoming. Not recommended at all.

Good stay. Relatively easy to get to the race and downtown.

Unfortunately we had to check out of the hotel due to the fact that the hotel was being used for the mentally and physically ill indigenous populations. There were security guards stationed around and we did not feel safe.
