Clean and friendly. Bed a bit soft and the hot/cold backwards but good once the puzzle was solved! :)

This property charged me $40 plus tax as a pet fee. That’s ridiculous. I found this property on Expedia and in my search I put pet friendly so the pet fee should’ve been made aware to me upfront.

So close to hwy,401, which was great

Just as you'd expect from the comfort inn. I forgot my bag so the front desk was kind enough to give me the necessary toiletries.

Toilet did not flush. Had to get another traveller I knew to figure out why. The water to the toilet was shut off. Had to open the metal tap in the floor. Then the water in the shower was ice cold. My daughter was shivering the entire time. I did not sgower due to the cold water. already Opened soap which was previously used , placed back in the soap plastic. I voiced nicely my concerns to the front desk. She apologized and said she’d make notes. Wont be staying here again

For a travelling team, breakfast was great and convenient and food around the hotel was perfect fo provide choice.

New renovations are nice in the lobby. Unfortunately even the new rooms have a mouldy smell and not the cleanest bathrooms but fine for one night. Bed was great!

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in hill travelling through Ingersoll. Easy in and off the highway, pet friendly with lots of areas to walk your dog around the facility. Some walk out rooms available, but fully booked during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and informative. Breakfast provided was hot and delicious, loved the pancakes, waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs and sausage. Great way to start continue our road trip travels. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was perfect and quiet

Pros : Very convenient hotel area(next to highway 401) . nice looking overall. Nice little lobby. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Pet friendly*. **Warning: dont leave your cat in the bathroom. There is a hidden spot under the sink cabinet our cat got into and it was difficult to get it out ** Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner(water smudges in shower dust(?) on wall). Room had some pre-existing damage on carpet (big circle seemed burnt(?) seen in 2 rooms). Place needs some minor aesthetic renovations Breakfast: Muffins were dry and the everything bagels were bad. Didnt have the time to try other options. **Bring your own drinking water. the water is hard(no fault of the property)**.

Parking was close from the main entrance. Staff member was welcoming, trained and respectfully concise. Place is neat, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and tidy. Washroom was clean and prepared. In the morning, breakfast was good.

My son and i stayed as a stop over stay and it was great beds were comfy room was spacious and in good temperature. Breakfast was great too. Close to highway and food options. I would totally stay again.

I will admit there were some things about the cleaning of the room i was unsure about when I arrived on day one. There were used wrappers in the drawers, and other things that I would have assumed been caught during regular cleaning. There were multiple items broken such as the curtains, remote control, and the stove element always stated it was hot although it wasn’t on. Despite all this, the staff were great and the front foyer was welcoming so I would recommend to friends and I will likely be back the next time I am in town.

Room was nice and lots of room but it needed a good cleaning
