Value for money vs other hotels on Polanco Famous architecture building with excellent facilities and friendly staff all over the hotel.

The staff is amazing. The architecture is solid and beautiful. The pool and garden are glorious. I recommend staying at the Club level, totally worth it.

Nice hotel, centrally located in polanco close to restaurants and stores. I give the hotel 3 stars because the water in the shower took 15 minutes to heat up before a shower. The AC was extremely loud which didn’t make for a very relaxing sleep. Also, by day 4 before our check in, the bathroom had started smelling a little funky (urine smell). Thank goodness it was time to check out. Final morning at breakfast was also unnecessarily unpleasant. Staff ignored our call to pay and later came harassing us about not paying for breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay but could definitely use some improvement.

Conveniently located, at a walking distance from the best shops and restaurants, staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love the hotel, the staff, and the location. I will say there was one incident with a staff person, but I won’t even go into the details here because everyone else made up for it. It’s fine. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but that is why I’m giving four instead of five stars. Great hotel, highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

Location is hard to beat. Gym is way too small - needs to be at least 3x larger. Bistro was bad food, poor service and expensive. Breakfast was excellent and exec suite meeting room well attended. Garden and main pool make this a standout property. New rooms don’t have plug-ins on both sides of bed - do okay if you are alone, not so good if you are two.

We loved the location and the food in the buffet the people were very nice and way to get a taxi … we walk around. My only concern was the sheets were very stiff and I couldn’t sleep the first night , so I ask the lady to change my sheets and give me a soft sheets and it was perfect thank you we had a wonderful time

Me fui a trabajar temprano, volví a las 5pm y no habían limpiado. Tuve que llamar para que lo hicieran. Pagando un cuarto con club camino real el desayuno fue lo peor, no era bufete, no había huevos al gusto, eran de los que le ponen leche. El desayuno fue pésimo a pesar que estaba pagando más

Everything was good. Nice and quiet, many food options. I felt safe walking around the area during the day and early evening.

This is a quiet respite in the Mexico City...divine!

Los restaurantes cerrados, el cuarto no limpio, la regadera no funcionaba. Un desastre esta vez.

Excelente hotel para quedarse si venís a ciudad de Mexico. Las habitaciones y el desayuno del hotel son impecables! Sobre todo quiero destacar la amabilidad y la atención del personal y por sobre todo del sector de la mesa de entrada. Super dispuestos a ayudar y ser claros sobre el servicio para tener una excelente estadía

All staff are very friendly and welcoming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Camino Real. It’s a beautiful property with excellent amenities and very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the fact that there were several restaurants in the hotel to chose from. We particularly enjoyed Le Bistro for dinner (Italian). The breakfast buffet at La Huerta was good and the Tamayo Cafe was a nice option for a lighter breakfast, lunch or snack. The gym was also well-equipped. The hotel is very conveniently located across from Chapultepec Park and close to lots of shops and restaurants.
