Spacious room with large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely pool area, quiet in the week but very busy at weekends. Would stay here again if visiting Jerez.

Too far from centre to walk & parking was difficult in the town though easy at the hotel. Pool was fabulous - fresh, clean, huge. Good options for breakfast & nice breads. Comfy room - bright & modern overlooking pool.

Great staff at reception! Room was comfortable albeit the bathroom a little dated. Both were clean. Hotel in a quiet location. Pool great

Fantastic breakfast! Restaurant was superb. Excellent location for us as we were literally a stones throw away from the Horse Fair. Would highly recommend! Staff were great too… very friendly.

The Jerez Hotel and Spa was fantastic. We were greeted by the friendly, helpful manager and got allocated a refurbished room which had beautiful decor, two single beds and two double beds. It was perfect for a family. The room had everything, even a small fridge and for peace of mind - a safe. The accommodation was spotless and hard to fault. Free parking was a bonus. It was pobably one of the best 4* hotel rooms we've stayed in. Super comfortable beds too. There's a good size restaurant, with a hot breakfast buffet for a very reasonable €14 per person. Unfortunately whilst there was a good range of food items, the scrambled egg was totally inedible as it had a ton of salt in it. None of my family could eat it. The hotel kitchen needs to adopt healthier cooking practices. Ditch the salt please! Overall though, this is a very nice, well run hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Rooms clean. Hotel staff were lovely and friendly. We ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of nights and the food was great. Easy walk into the old town or if needed taxi was just under £6 euro.

I’ve previously rated this hotel 5 star. Slightly less this time. Most staff were very friendly and supportive, but some were not. One lady on reception, and some in AQ35. Also despite visiting in late September heat, there was no option to have poolside drinks/snacks. The menus were on display, but the hotel would not serve anything! Why display menus if you won’t serve? Small details like that do matter. Having said all of that, overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I wish the garden that could be seen from my room had been restored. When I was there last year, they had started working on it and it was somewhat disappointing to see that work had not yet been completed. Pleasing hotel surroundings are also a part of an enjoyable stay, and this garden certainly had a lot of potential.
