The check-in and parking was seamless The room was spacious, clean and quiet Room service burgers were second to none

Nice enough room, but room service was so unresponsive that I had to go down to the reception myself to order food, which then took over an hour to arrive.

Wonderful room - we had the Bollinger garden suite which had an incredible view and gorgeous gardens which we shared with next doors suite, but it still felt incredibly private. Amenities were lovely and we felt thoroughly relaxed. plus Clifton is a lovely area and you don't have to walk far for bars, shops and restaurants

Get a gorge view room. Gorge is not the bristolian slang term for gorgeous in this sense, although it could be used to describe the view.

The Deluxe room with gorge view on the 2nd floor was very nice. It was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom with drench shower and had a heated floor. We could see the suspension bridge from the room, BUT we could also see a lot of cigarette ends on the flat roof below which wasn’t so pleasant. The breakfast was very nice with ample choice and the breakfast room itself overlooks the gorge and suspension bridge - which is a beautiful outlook to have when having breakfast. I do like this hotel- I’ve stayed here several times. It’s very convenient for the bars, restaurants and shops in Clifton Village.
