Nice breakfast, nice rooms and the staff was very helpful and kind!! Only problem I see is the bad odor in the elevator and the room hallway, but besides that everything was perfect! The chilaquiles were really good

It’s seen better days - I had a low floor facing a brick wall and it wasn’t nice. The pool area is nice but run down. The restaurants were awful. Great location though!

Everything was great! The only thing I did not like was all the smokers right outside the main entrance and all the cigarette smoke smell going inside the building. I hate the smell of cigarettes and I feel smokers should smoke further away from the main entrance. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Great location and decent rooms for business travelers! The staff, with the exception of the front desk, were fantastic. Just a thought: a little more friendliness at the front desk would go a long way! The cafe is excellent, and the restaurant is a solid choice if you prefer to dine in. Love this hotel and location. Everything you need is near by and for foreigners you will feel safe. The hotel is very nice with a beautiful roof top pool. Staff was available at the door to help with luggage and just the courtesy of a greeting makes it a pleasant stay .

Buena ubicación y por mi estatus en expedia me hicieron ascenso a una habitación categoría signature. Atendieron mi solicitud de alergia a las alfombras y nos ubicaron en una habitación con piso cerámico. La atención del personal fue buenisima y tiene concierge en la entrada que te ayuda con todo.

The staff was very kind. The location is excellent. I Was in Room 616 and the air condition makes a lot of noise. That is my only complaint, when I checked out, I told the people at front desk
