The staff were polite and courteous. The facility and rooms were clean and the location was nice located right by the outlets

I thought they had a breakfast that was included, but they didn’t.

$8 for a beer. $11 for an "import" $38 for a $6 bottle of wine. Utterly ridiculous pricing. But hotel was nice and quiet. Lamp switch next to bed is 6 feet off the ground???? Get a drink from the 76 gas station in the parking lot.

Had to move to another room because the electrical outlet was broken and tv and light didn’t work

Hotel lobby was very clean, has water dispenser. Gym is very basic but enough. Pool was warm but hot tub was ice cold w/ working jets. Room was clean with microwave, fridge & k-cup coffee. Beds do not have a topper and is on the medium firm side, both were ideal for me. PROBLEMS was the room being next to the laundry n entry to pool & building. The washer n dryer banging n spinning away woke me up every morning! And, people speaking loudly in the morning too. I was really looking forward to the hot tub n was a real bummer it was ice cold. Not to mention, my door card stopped working on the pool entry door. I would stay there again, but in a different room. The hotel is at a super convenient location and lots of eateries.

Granted the parking was included, but to charge $3.00 for a bottle of water in your room was a little much. Would have been happier if they had just left it out. Sometimes, "out of sight, out of mind" is better.

Clean great staff poor location

The hotel was clean. The receptionist Tianah checked us in. She was very nice and welcoming.

Restaurant wasnt open Friday night but plenty of options in walking distance. Breakfast was great. Service is exceptional 👌

The hotel was bright and clean. The room was quiet and clean. The heater was noisy, and I would imagine the A/C is the same. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool area looked nice. It's close to a few stores, a coffee shop, a movie and a gas station. Service was excellent. No breakfast, but they did have coffee. I'd stay there again.

Clean , walking distance to a restaurant. Bright rooms and welcoming staff friendly.

Our stay here was great. The only downfall was getting checked in the systems were glitching for a long time so it delayed our check-in.

I showed up at the hotel and was told they were full and there was no reservation under my name. I showed ghe lady my reservation on my phone and she said Hotels.com does that all the time and I need to call them for a refund. She could not have been more rude. I had to sleep in my car.
