We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many different options to pick from. I highly recommend adding it because there are very few breakfast options nearby. The location of the hotel was perfect also. It was close to the Metro and a bus stop. It’s alway walkable to many other attractions in the area. They also have a scenic rooftop bar with great food! We highly recommend staying here!

Overall the hotel is nice and clean and good location. The staff were very nice and overall helpful. I am disappointed by a situation. The family room as advertised stated sleeps 4 and pictures a bunk bed. When we arrived we were told the bunks were only for certain age and would not accommodate our teenage children. The attendant was able to get us a room that actually slept 4 but we were unable to secure a room the second night. Part of this is my fault because I booked the room for 2 (accidentally, how I always do it with my family). Seems like confusion on both sides. I think som amount of refund for the second night would have been appropriate.

Good hotel , but did not have basic amenities in the room such as an electric kettle coffee/tea/ condiments. The rooms do not have individual temperature control and we had to ask for a table fan to bear the heat which the staff graciously provided… rest was all good

Hotel had everything we needed for a long weekend in Stockholm. We were only in the rooms to sleep etc. as we spent most of the time exploring but this was perfect base for us and had everything we needed. The rooftop bar was nice to visit before bed and had a nice view. The hotel is located on the edge of Soldermalm neighbourhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. Easy to get to being close to the metro. There is a lot of building work in the area but didn’t find this to be noisy or disturb us.

Rooms were nice and clean. It would be nice if they had a microwave available for guests. The only downside was the bathrooms. The way the showers are designed. They get really wet. very convenient location. And a staff is very friendly..

Convenient location to Södermalm and Galla Stan. Very close to Slussen station. Nice terrace on 7th floor. Couldn’t be happier, especially considering the price.

The room was dusty. During our stay our wooden floors were not swept. The dust may have come from the road construction. The outside deck on the 7th floor has an incredible view.

We traveled with a family of four with 5 -and 8 year olds. Most family rooms are on the first floor and they have a bunk bed adjacent to a king sized bed so a little kid could easily sleep with parents. The room is small but it is in downtown Stockholm so makes complete sense. The gym is large and also has a sauna. The hotel is located near Ferris and metros so easy to get around. Very walkable to the commercial area but need to walk up some stairs. My wish was if there was a coffee shop closer by, but there are a lot of bakeries and coffee within a 10 minute walk.

We came as a family of four with children. Seems like all is the family rooms are on the first floor. The rooms have bunk beds adjacent to the king size bed so if a little one once to jump in bed too, you all will fit. The room is small, but we’re in downtown Stockholm. It’s a great location next to the ferry and metro. You can take stairs up nearby to get to the main commercial area with restaurants and bars. For me, I wish there was a coffee shop closer by, but there are plenty of bakeries (Bayeri) within a 10 minute walk.

Room and bed were good, but the extra bed was terrible, really hard and uncomfortable. Also you had to book the parking until 12.00, and the hotel promised to extend it until 15.30 for us. Then we got a parking ticket... apparently their system does not communicate well with the parking company... they promised to sort out the parking ticket for us though.

Great location near Slussen metro station, handy for the Gamla Stan and museums. Very welcoming and efficient staff, huge range of breakfast options and a nice cosy bar/restaurant for evening meals

Great property Very close to Gamla Stan. Excellent breakfast. Only draw back is, no room service , no room phones and no wake up calls.

Fantastic location, with easy transit options nearby. Hotel was clean, quiet and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
