It’s nothing near to the pictures they have on expedia, they don’t even provide a complementary bottle of water in the room or to sell in the room (they did have small market in the lobby to purchase but when you forget to buy one on the way to the room or waking up middle of the night because you are dehydrated not a good feeling. And kids were screaming and playing in the hall way kicking the doors and running back to their rooms. It wasn’t such a good experience! Very disappointed!

The staff was horrible if you have a same last name with some other guests in that hotel they will give your room to the other guest. I went there and they told me you are already checked in you took your room even I went there and show my booking number and I didn’t check in after I found out someone else had my room with the same last name. The stuff is horrible. They don’t see the booking number when you book but they check by the last name and someone else will take your room if you have the same last name with someone. that is staying at that hotel same time as you please be careful people and check.

Nice place but the heater was very loud

If I hadn’t locked the door from the inside, it could actually have been opened by other guests. That made me feel that my privacy was violated. However, overall it’s not a major issue. Considering the reasonable price, it’s still a good choice for my monthly business trips. The management just needs to be improved in the area I mentioned above.

Great stay

Shower water only had hot water and never cooled down. The bathroom had long hairs all over including on towels and these were not mine. Very loud from highway traffic due to hotel location. Car was also vendelized outside.

The lobby was noticeably neglected—rugs and mats looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, the tile floors were dirty, and the entire space felt overdue for a thorough cleaning and replacement mats. The front desk staff were pleasant, but the first room we were given was unacceptable: it was dirty, the sink and bathtub drains were clogged, and there was visible grime on the tub walls. We were moved to a higher-floor room, which was better but still didn’t inspire confidence. The restaurant/café staff were excellent, but unfortunately the menu and food were only barely average.

Room service is poor , not filling the utility such as toilet paper , not enough light. , room too dark , I expect they can do much more better under the Marriott brand name .

Nice Staff, Calm place

the sound isolation is very poor even between levels.We were on the fourth floor but client on the third floor was watching television very loud we can heard the show they play. Overall okay experience but that evening I lost my sleep with no compensation from the hotel. The only thing they offered during that evening was us changing the room. Which was already 11 pm.

Quick easy check in. Was able to get room before 3pm. Good size comfy room. Bathroom needs some update/maintenance.

The room is okay clean. Staff are very friendly.
