Room close to the elevator, bit noisy. There than that are good.

There's only 1 elevator for the whole property. That caused alot of delays.

Breakfast is great. Hard time making my own waffles but it went well.

Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was good surprisingly I got a peek and watched them bake muffins fresh .

This hotel is outdated and the rooms are in need of a refresh. The mattresses are horrible and cheap. The hot water in the room was non existent. Pool needs a good clean. Ladder is broken and you can see the rust on the tiles water was very misty.

The size of the room and helpful staff were easily the highlights. However, I found that the shower floor was more slippery than expected and I feel that that could be addressed.

The room was clearly renovated, clean and spacious. There were many amenities onsite even though we didn’t take advantage of them as we had planned our trip to be out of the hotel. The breakfast was okay- typical for a hotel. However, when we first arrived we were given keys to a dirty room. Not a big deal- went back to the desk and the attendant was very apologetic. But then she said the property was completely sold out and she didn’t have any more rooms for me and that she’d find another hotel for me somewhere in the city. At this point im sure she could see the panick on my face as I don’t drive in major cities. She eventually switched me to another room of a guest who hadn’t arrived yet and figured out, with the support of her manager, a way to get my previously assigned room cleaned before the other guest arrived. They did offer me a 20% discount on the first night because of this situation. Also, during our last morning breakfast they allowed the hockey team staying here to gather in the room to watch one of their previous games. It was so loud i had to leave before finishing my breakfast.

Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was good, hot tub was good, but can be a bit too hot, the pool was good, warm and not cold Room was clean, I found the mattress was too soft, my opinion.

Lots of pool toys provided. Staff are attentive to requests. Lots of amenities like a complimentary slushie machine and Nestle espresso machine.

Decent hotel but showing its age. The staff upgraded us to a suite when we arrived which was nice but the room had a few issues. Towl rack and faucet were both broken and the plumbing made horrible noise anytime the room next door used water for anything. It woke me up repeatedly in the night. Also, the A/C unit was extremely loud.
