Full breakfast, spectacular pool and water bottle fill up station!! Fantastic stay! I recommend this hotel and will stay again when in the area. Thank you!

I really like that the pet rooms are on the first floor and so close to the outside doors. They have amazing hospitality, and the manager Michelle is the nicest woman to talk to and provides awesome service

I like the size of the room. Breakfast is good, the free coffee 24/7, the security after 12mn.

Breakfast menu was good. But no amenities like lotion. Also had to ask for towels.

Overall alright. It’s an older hotel that has been painted. The rooms smelled heavily of febreeze or another air freshener-even the blankets reeked! We had to keep our window open the whole time we were there. The air conditioner was very dusty and dirty. It was hard to find out what was available for gluten free. Nothing was offered when I inquired. When I asked the front desk staff, I was told there should be something for me and eventually got some gluten free toast.

All was excellent, very friendly people, amenities outstanding, location was good close to reataurants and stores, 10 min away from west Edmonton mall

The room was large but was lacking a descent chair to sit in .

Staff was great, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Great stay. Complimentary bean ground coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

Nice hotel and very clean. Only downside was housekeeping only cleaned the room once on a four night stay.

We originally got a two queen bed room but when we went to check in they upgraded us to the “Mario room” which we thought our kids would really enjoy. When it was getting close to bedtime we turned on the a/c which seemed to kinda work. It remained 24 degrees in our room for the next few hours. The kids couldn’t sleep in the Mario bunk beds because this room was the furthest away from the a/c. We shared the queen beds as planned originally, we were only able to cool the room off after we opened the window. Sleeping with the window open and hearing an ambulance going by, someone’s car alarm going off for about 15 min, and the busy street noise made it super difficult to sleep. In the morning I called the front desk just to let them know what happened and they should get it looked it for the next family that stays - they put it on me and said they would have had a maintance man come at 10:30 at night to have a look and I should have called. Also we were only given 3 towels for the 4 of us so I guess I should have called to get another and the shower/tub/batnroom was dirty.

Too noisy. you can hear all the noise from the hallway.

We stay at the Best western when we come to Edmonton. We have stayed there maybe 5 times. Staff is great. Room is comfortable and clean. We will go back. Really enjoyed are stay every time. Great customer service. Robyn
