Tv needs some work very hard to operate.

Just needed a quick overnight stay with early morning activity near by. Had 2 young grandchildren with me. There was a very large, loud group of young people meeting in the lobby. They were there well past midnight and it was very hard to get to sleep. Could hear everything from street noise to this group in the lobby/breakfast area, to upstairs activity and doors slamming loudly. Was very close to the event we needed to be at on Saturday morning, and lots of good dining options in the area. We had to be at our function at 7 am and the “included” breakfast does not open until 7 am on Saturday-so that was not useful for us.

I confirmed there would be no security deposit, as it was not advertised or in the fees information section, upon arrival the from desk guy, Zac, charged me an extra $100 for the deposit.

Liked the hotel . Staff were friendly. Especially Harry who had me checked in was excellent and helpful. It was maintained clean. Would recommend.

Your hotel is awful. The front staff is uneducated….. And overall just not clean. I would not refer anyone to this hotel.

This property HAD bed bugs! Had to check out! Stay AWAY!

The only issue I faced was that after paying my reservation fully advanced they still asked for security deposit of $100 I really do not understand why I pay security deposit higher than what I payed in my room

It was on average. Just need some updates and offer parking for truck w/trailer/camper spaces or area?

It was late, and We had to get a place to stay for the night. When we were greeted by Amy we knew we foundcthe right place. Ph and the breakfast the next morning made it possible to to quick to beat the coming storm.

Nice place to stay if you are traveling Dallas region.

Overall ok, but very rude behaviour from kitchen staff.

Local hangout for prostitutes apparently and the property management is aware of the issue.

The staff was very nice. The room was ok, but could use a good deep clean. Things like the sink had obvious build up. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and the floor needed deep cleaning. The toiletries offered were not the best. Also, the outside curtains could not be pulled leaving us feeling wide open to the outside.

The person who checked us in was super nice. We arrived late in the day. The person who checked us out was not nice. We requested a late checkout, they came to the room, knocked on the door and told us we have to leave or pay an extra $35.

The customer service is poor, we asked for help since the none smoking room smelled like cigarettes the first night the staff said he was coming up but never showed up. After that we stopped asking for help.

Decent hotel, very old and dated. people were arguing outside at night.
