Amenities weren’t open during the stay. The showers didn’t work and room was dirty and unclean. Staff were unprofessional.

Lots of problems with my stay. First the room was cold and altering the air conditioning didn't make a difference. Second there was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Restaurant closed early on the night I arrive and so I had to eat in the bar. The remains of some pretzels were on the stairs well the entire time I was there, and not cleaned up. Breakfast was very good though with very attentive staff.

Was ok until we asked for late check out they gave us till 1pm at 1250 they where calling us on the phone when we left money was coming out of our account we asked what was happening they accused us of smoking we don’t smoke the proff they had was an empty glass cake small bowl with black crumbs. Staff very rude stood by the bar for ten minutes until I was acknowledged

I booked the hotel as it was 4 star and the images showed it being somewhat modern. However, it was not the case. The beds were springy and uncomfortable, the room looked outdated, there was no water bottle as standard.

When we first got there we should of none to go complain but are fault when we entered the room there was a plug in radiator a very small one for the size of the room even with that on we was still cold but we had unpacked and didn’t want to have to move so we just stayed tucked up in bed no heating in a hotel never heard of it before then we had to ask for extra pillows as there was only one as for clean I’m 50/50 on that as it’s a very tired room and what is going on with the food menu nothing soft on there that I could eat I have no teeth yes you read that right I have no teeth to be honest I used to love staying here but won’t again but I will say staff are amazing so helpful always smiling always polite

To be honest, we were a bit disappointed on this visit. The room was not clean. The bathroom was still dirty and we even found a speaker under the bed that we took down to reception.
