Poor front desk attitude during check out and in the evening I came down to the kiosk to grab a drink and found no one at the front desk despite standing there 5 minutes and making attempt to call out to the staff that was sitting on a stool in the back office with their shoes off, digging at their toes. When they came out they were annoyed they had to attend to guests and became dismissive when I had inquired about the kiosk staying they don’t manage that and to “read the sign”. Not impressed.

This hotel was conveniently located near HWY 404, shopping plazas within minutes on HWY 7 and public transport as well. Only wish the the coffee shop in the lobby did not close at 2:00 pm.

Business trip. Easy, practical, confortable. Everything to make your business trip fast and easy.

The bedroom was super dirty. The pillow smelled badly like death and the fridge looks like they have left food in there for weeks because the sense took over the room when we try to put food in there later on that night the washroom door was broken so the water was going in the washroom floor and I slipped and I hurt my back told the staff at the front they just said OK thanks for letting us know and that was it. I should get my refund back for this. This is not what Delta is about.

I havd stayed at you hotel a few times now and have always had great experiences. Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to where I need to go.

great location right next to a main highway if you don't wanna stay in Toronto. close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. self parking is available for free and room service is done daily which for us with an infant was really helpful. a bar, small cafe and a good pizza place are all in the property. all in all it was good for the price 👍

Had an amazing experience staying at the delta. Incredibly friendly staff and the property is exceptionally nice and well kept. Rooms are very nice and modern. They have a Boston Pizza attached to the restaurant which made for a great place to catch dinner as we arrived a bit late. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future. Our trip was to attend wonderland and the Toronto zoo the next day so the property was in a good area between the two attractions.

Very clean room, no issues, and great staff. If on the side facing the street can be a bit noisy in the early evening but was quiet at night.
