Rooms were great, close to Rogers Place. Good breakfast

Met our requirements but definetly needs some upgrading in rooms, staff was great

We were upgraded without asking. When we had an issue they helped right away. I was very impressed.

It was a ok stay. There was quite a bit of ice build up on the inside window frame. Would be nice to have actual cutlery and plates and glasses at breakfast instead of wooden cutlery, paper plates and cups. Parking cost ($10/night) was not clear upon arrival, you’d think parking would be included in your stay, I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel.

Location in downtown Edmonton was excellent, parking lot was in rough condition, hotel seamed very old and out of date but clean, people above us were loud all night long, front desk tried to help but the noise never stopped

The room was clean but no window to outdoors. We looked out on the pool which made it seem dark and dreary. Warm in the room. No extra toilet paper. Lits of great restaurants close by. The staff were lovely.

Groceries across the street, restaurants within walking distance. Room was great staff deserves more then 5 stars

Older Hotel that's always clean and comfortable. some maintenance required but for the price that should be expected. Great value and I use it anytime I'm staying downtown Edmonton.

Easy to walk to the arena but trash hotel. Very old not updated at all

Room was terrible

Bed frame had 2 sharp metal rods sticking out, carpet is old and dirty, water temperature was all over the place.

Always a great place/price to stay when you are from out of town.

We checked in you have to pay a 10$ parking fee for being down town said if we didn’t wanna pay 10$ go across the street and pay 19.95 if you want, he couldn’t get machine to work to take my CC so tried to make me pay 500$ deposit not my issues that machine wouldn’t work. Lobby reaks of piss, got to room was all out of soap and shampoo in room, bed was full of like yellowish stains, window was broken . In room and tons of ice build up and room was cold, took kids to pool it was very dark barely any light, the “hot tub” was more of a hot bath jets aren’t working, pool was okay, sauna was nice. Very loud area with traffic and had people playing music all night. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Great place to meet girls

Room was clean. No bells and whistles but the staff are friendly. Normal continental breakfast.
