Staff was amazing

Lovely hotel conveniently located across from the train station. It was my husband's birthday, and our room faced the CN Tower. Our room was in the east tower. The hall linking the elevator to the lobby was under construction, so it was a bit of a trek to get to the elevator to our room. A bit of an inconvenience. The staff was really. nice and helpful.

Great downtown location

Amazing! A beautiful hotel. Front desk staff was excellent. The Library Bar was a highlight - great food, excellent service, and the cocktails were gorgeous and delicious.

our room heater did not work - mechanic came but didnt really fix it well - they were nice about it but they need to update

Great Hotel right across from the train station. The rooms are a little small but the location is first rate. Try the in hotel restaurant (The Reign) for an excellent meal.

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff was attentive and available. All the restaurant options were phenomenal. Highly recommend afternoon tea if given the opportunity. Amenities and facilities were clean, up to date, and numerous enough so there was always space or equipment available.

Clean room and it had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and pillows. You could control the temperature in the room and they had darkening blinds. So it was an excellent sleep. Nice hot shower and big fluffy white towel. Loved it. We stayed in a double bed x2 fairmount room on the 3rd floor. It was abit of a walk from lobby to room, but if you don’t mobility issues it was a nice quiet spot. The staff was EXCELLENT. In fact, we initially walked in the valet entrance and a staff never that seemed to be on break could see us talking about which way to go to the lobby and they came over and didn’t just direct us, but they walked us all the way to the lobby and up to the check in. The location is 10/10. You can’t get more central to downtown activity. We used valet and you have in and out privileges through your stay at $75 flat a night. To compare: one of the closest overnight garages is $62 plus tax and a 6min walk to the hotel. Use the valet!! There are lots of options for restaurant, room service, or bar food and drink choices at the hotel. But it is also so central there are many options just outside the hotel that you can get to on foot. We walked to Scotia bank arena for a concert - it took us approx 6 minutes to walk there. On the way back we stopped and got ice cream and enjoyed a stroll around the CN tower. The next morning Longo’s grocery was a 5 minute walk to grab a breakfast to eat while relaxing at the hotel. 10/10 hotel

Absolutely incredible accommodations. Rooms were gorgeous and so clean. Staff was very pleasant, valet was great and such a good sense of humour. We were treated with efficiency and excellence!

Staff was nice but tech issues in the room, at check out and elevator complications made for an irritating time. Reached out to the manager as per his request in a general email but still have not heard back after many days. Asked the point of sale staff to get back to me about the tech issue in the room, she never got back to me. Would need a technical staff to come to the room to stream from phone apps and no streaming available on the television. Could not pay with debit upon check out. Reservation was not kept as made. Had to go to an underground walkway to a separate elevator just to get to the 4th floor.
