I got this hotel for my parents, they were impressed by the quality of the food. They reported the hotel was clean with wondeful kind staff. They said all the areas of the hotel were excellent. Bedding was clean and mattress was super comfortable. Overall they said they had an amazing experience and they recommend that we always choose this hotel when we visit Leon. Cant wait to visit this hotel myself. Thanks for taking great care of my parents

We spent 7 days in this hotel and we had an amazing experience with everything. Clea, location, food, prices. The breakfast has a lot of different options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a place that I definitely would recommend. Going back with my family and friends.

Staff was very attentive. Hotels older but clean, pool looked unkept. So I choose not to use it. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was great. Felt very safe at the property that arranged any transportation I needed. A few blocks from Zona Piel and a quick 3 min drive to Poliforum convention center.

My stay at HS HOTSSON Hotel León was honestly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome, from the valet parking team to the cleaning staff. You can really feel that they care. Sandra at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and always took the time to check in on us, which meant a lot. It was also so nice seeing Ulises, the restaurant manager. Every time we ate at the restaurant, the service was fast, the place was always clean, and the staff genuinely cared about making sure guests were happy. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the spa. I was able to treat my mom and myself, and it was such a special and relaxing experience for both of us. The location of the hotel is another big plus, very safe and perfectly located, close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely come back to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

Pros: Location; AMAZING breakfast (included) with numerous stations and choices as well as live music on the weekend; large & clean room; very friendly staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and valet (who helped us getting vehicles to both GTO and the airport since we had several issues with Uber drivers!) Cons: Pool/pool area closed for maintenance, which was too bad since the weather was sunny & warm; bed was hard (for us anyway)

Everything on buffet was cold and over cooked, to much water in eggs, waffles were hard and sweet bread was also hard, they do have a very friendly staff in hand, we have being to this hotel before and it’s still out of style to be the best hotel in Leon Guanajuato or a 5 star hotel, the beds are very uncomfortable they are very hard and hurt my hips. I will not return there for our next trip. Will not recommend!!

We had the most comfortable stay at the HOTSSON. The staff at the 7th floor VIP lounge were outstanding!!! We will definitely be back!
