The Trinity City Hotel was amazing. I especially loved how clean the hotel was, and its location was perfect, walking distance to all of the sites. The decor was beautiful, and the shower and bath products were a bonus. The staff greeted us sincerely and provided great service. I will be booking here again when I return.

The bar is great, and the lobby is fantastic. But the guest rooms are really looking run-down. The knob to adjust the blinds in the window was missing, the showerhead was so worn it only pointed straight down, the toilet seat was not secured, the make up mirror didn't light up, and the bed mattress seemed quite old and collapsed.

Hotel lovely and very handy to everywhere we needed to visit. Room was ready when we arrived at 1 but there was a €20 charge for early check in! We just left our cases and returned after 3

Staff wonderful, restaurant and bar top notch. Room condition was not up to expectation. Clean overall but tatty carpet and ill fitting toilet seat and silly leaking shower setup.
