Great stay! Super friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect, close to everything and the main square. The room was spotless and clean. Would definitely come back!

Great location and staff. But worse experience at airport pick-up. DO NOT USE the recommended hotel pick-up. I got 5am with my family and despite telling them in advnace a group of 4 persons and 2 lugagge the driver didn't want to pick-up. She said we only had 2 lugagges booked and not 4 carry-ons (which we were not asked for). Despite trunk could fit all, she said there's a camera in the car and her manager will get angry at her ("me va a regañar"). No effort to overcome the issue. Proof that she had sufficient space is that she wanted me to cancel and book again with the extra carryons to complete a new ride ??!!. I took another cab from the airport instead. But I was anyways cherged $50 for the ride that never happened. I sent an email to hotel and no response.

Room/Bathroom is not that big but overall everything is clean. Beds were comfy, restaurant was decent. Location was super! Close to restaurants on the same block and of course very close to Starbucks.

The hotel has an excellent location to multiple touristic attractions. The staff in the hotel is very professional, helpful and friendly.

Great hotel in the middle of Downtown, next one of the best restaurants and couple of blocks from the park.

This is the second time we stay in the last year. The staff is always amazing very welcoming and courteous. The house cleaning staff is always kind!

LaiLa Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right off Paseo de la Reforma and tucked into a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby. My room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places, the WiFi was lightning-fast and the shower had amazing water pressure with plenty of hot water. To top it all off, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out.

Hotel was clean, and well maintained. Same with the room. The air conditioner worked great for the hot weather. The area is very nice and safe to walk at night.
