The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

When we checked in the front desk staff informed me that although I had requested an oceanfront room and because I used Hotels.com they couldn’t give me a room with only a king bed as requested. So they gave me a room with double beds, but oceanfront. I have ALWAYS had the BEST experiences with JW, however, this time the floors of our room were dirty. The robe had chocolate on the sleeve and it appeared the room had not been dusted in a while. Truly a let down. So now I wonder if it’s worth using hotels.com if I will receive less quality service at the properties for not going through them

Breakfast is perfect and service is excellent. We will come back again

Enjoyed my birthday trip, everything we needed was there. Even got a surprise birthday gift when we returned to our room. The staff and food were amazing. Room service was the best!!! Loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent throughout our stay. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Restaurant and bar were excellent as well.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Lima

Definitely will stay here if I go back to Lima . The hotel is super clean , staff is very friendly . They go above and beyond to make your stay special .

This is a beautiful hotel located right across the waterfront in Miraflores. It is close to everything. The staff is very nice and courteous. We loved our stay here.

The best location, the service is superb, from the breakfast to the cafe to the unbelievably delish sushi bar, the service was spectacular!!! The housekeeping staff was on point!!! The room was always impecable. The new renovations make the hotel modern, lively and oh so your home away from home.
