Fantastic experience. Great staff. Very nice rooms. First hotel room I've ever stayed in that actually has good blinds. Closest thing you'll get to blackout curtains. I wish everyone hotel would copy their model. Highly recommend.

Everthing was ok but ambiguous term n conditions. They charged me for the nights that i informed them 38 hours in advance. They said our terms is 48 hours while i have had been reserved a full refundable stay.
Never go Four points anymore, i omitted from my white list of hotels

Room was nice and clean. The pillows were too soft, and there was a hump in the middle of the bed. The noise level was not great. Could hear the room upstairs and the banging and running back and forth at 730am.

Washroom could have been cleaner, the shower stall especially and the sink didn’t drain very well.
Other than that, the room was very clean and nice layout!
All staff, front desk, cleaners and workers at Boston Pizza very friendly and helpful!
