Helpful and friendly staff

The hotel room was very dirty. Sent an email complete with pictures to the hotel management and received no response.

Super great hotel off the motor way. Family friendly and clean and well run. Only complaint sis the buffet only choice for dinner. We only wanted a small meal but instead had to pay $249 crowns for the buffet. If you are very hungry, this is of course an excellent option. I would stay here again.

Terrible room for huge money. Totally disappointed in Scandic in general. No refrigerator, no air conditioning, no safe box. 5 bags of trash collected over the whole stay, no one ever entered the room even to pick the trash. It was only option to store the trash in the balcony. Dust and popcorn left after previous guests. The general condition is shabby and heavily used. Two large and two small towels for a family of three people. One chair. Breakfast is quite nice though, but the breakfast room is rather crowded. Free parking but also heavily crowded. Nothing special is around.

For once we felt like the Hotel was "undersold" online, compared to the actual experience on-site. We were very happy with our stay. The only feedback we have is that the Hotel should make themselves available by telephone. We had some questions before arriving and no one answered our multiple calls.

Great stay. Arrived late and left early. Easy access from high way and good parking.

Great stay at nice hotel. Good Corona-secure (as far as possible) breakfast. Really friendly and serviceminded staff! Nice gym and sauna. Hotel is outside the city centre which I see as an advantage.

Friendly Staff but A/C couldn’t turn off at night

Very good sauna available without extra cost. Breakfast was also excellent.

Very good breakfast, however the room is too ‘budget’.

The room was clean and good for a family with small children. The bathroom was also clean. A bit pricey for the location and standard but overall good. Lots of breakfast options, which I really value with picky eaters.

Good stay, good value. Was a bit crowded during these COVID-19 timew however.

Bra rum för, rent och snyggt.

Perfekt läge för en eftermiddag på Rosenlundsbadet, matbit på hotellet och sedan knalla över till HV71-matchen.

Dålig service framförallt i resturangen på kvällen. Hittade snus på golvet i rummet. Gym och relax var stängt pga vattenläcka men de hade inga som helst lösningar på att ex få nyttja ett annat scandic hotells gym. Strul med parkeringen. På det hela taget inte alls prisvärt.

Hallbybollen = fullt på hotellet, se då till att ha tillräckligt med mat på frukosten!!!

Katastrof frukost, samma sak som förra året.

Hur svårt kan det vara att tillaga krämig äggröra och riktigt bacon??
